Customer Reviews

"Now *that* was a mole! The enchiladas mole were so savory/sweet with a great kick! I didn't want them to end! My tamarindo was also a flavor explosion. A lot of places miss the tartness and they nailed it. Loved it. This is such a gem, such a welcoming atmosphere too. I'll definitely be back!"

"Stopped in on our way to see Social Distortion. Intimate setting (seats around 25-30) Very clean. The service was excellent. The food was tasty. We had crispy chicken and shredded beef taco platter, w/ rice, and redried beans. Everything was served fresh and hot. The price was reasonable too. $15.99 for two tacos, rice, and beans. Their menu has many options. Highly recommend."

"Finally had a chance to get a breakfast burrito from here Sunday, January 12. I was not expecting to spend $18 (and $2 tip so over $20 total) on this.. but I heard great things about this place.. Honestly, it was MUCH smaller than I expected, I asked for all the meat and all the extras so I figure that's why it cost so much (menu showed a lower price) but the small size definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. The flavor was good but nothing exceptional and NOT worth the cost, I had to use all the sauces cause it was quite dry, I still have some burrito left cause I ran out of sauce to top each bite. And half the burrito was potato, very little meat (that I paid extra for). I plan to give this place another chance because it was highly recommended but I'm not in a rush to spend that again for what I got(or didn't get let's be honest)."

"Amazing gem . The food, service and energy was spot on. I prefer restaurants like this because you know the food is cooked in small batches and with real flavor. No shortcuts here. I'll definitely be visiting this again."

"I needed somewhere local to eat brunch and this was such a nice spot! The food was wholesome and fresh tasting. Horchata was 10/10 refreshing. It got crowded but everyone was getting served in a timely manner. Great spot!"

"The place is small but cozy. However if you go with a group of six or more, there will be problem accommodating people. The food is more than fantastic"

"I've driven past this place hundreds of times over the past 4 years and finally decided to stop in for lunch. I was blown away by literally everything about this place. Everyone who works there is super welcoming and the food is amazing! I had the mole enchiladas and horchata. The mole sauce was perfect, the meat was delicious, and their homemade corn tortillas were the icing on the cake. Found my new favorite spot and will be coming back for years to come!"
